If you represent a listed agency and a fact on this site is wrong, tell us. We will check it and, where it is a verifiable factual error, correct it and re-score the criterion affected.

What to send

1. The name of your business and the page on this site you are writing about.
2. Your name and your role at the business.
3. The fact that is wrong, and what it should say.
4. A link to a page on your own website, or a public record, that shows the correct information.

What happens next

• We review each request against the evidence you send and against the sources we used.
• Corrections to facts are made at the next monthly update, or sooner if the error is clear.
• Scores follow the published methodology. A correction changes a score only when it changes the evidence behind it.
• Listings cannot be bought and a request does not change a score by itself.
